Welcome to Non-P.com. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order or using our services.

1. General Information

  • Company Registration: Non-P.com is a registered company in Jordan.
  • Currency: All transactions on the platform are conducted in Jordanian Dinars (JOD).
  • Pricing Policy: Our pricing is determined in accordance with the Jordan Pharmacists Syndicate’s regulations.
  • Eligibility: By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use the platform.

2. Products and Pricing

  • Product Descriptions: We strive to ensure accurate descriptions of all products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on the site are error-free.
  • Pricing: Prices are listed in JOD and may include applicable taxes. Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout.
  • Product Availability: All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue items without prior notice.

3. Ordering and Payment

  • Order Confirmation: An order is only confirmed once payment is successfully processed and a confirmation email is sent.
  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept [list payment methods, e.g., Cash upon delivery & Credit Cards & Visa.
  • Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent or suspicious.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery Areas: We deliver within Jordan and GCC countries.
  • Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for paying shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout.
  • International Orders: Additional customs fees or taxes for international deliveries may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Delivery Partner: For international deliveries, we work with SMSA Express to ensure reliable service.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

  • Returns: Returns are only accepted within Jordan, within 24 hours of receiving the product, and only if the product is unopened and in its original packaging.
  • Exchanges: Exchanges are available within Jordan for unopened products, subject to an additional shipping fee.
  • Cancellations: Orders must be canceled within 3 hours of being placed. After this period, cancellations are not allowed.
  • No Returns/Refunds: Products delivered outside of Jordan are non-returnable and non-refundable.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Non-P.com is not responsible for:
    • Delays in shipping caused by third-party couriers or customs.
    • Misuse of products by customers.

7. User Responsibilities

  • Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
  • Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in activities such as:
    • Hacking or compromising the website.
    • Misrepresenting product reviews or feedback.
    • Reselling purchased products without authorization.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on Non-P.com, including logos, images, and text, is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Reproduction or distribution without permission is prohibited.

9. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Jordan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Jordan.
